I started Kim Hohman Co. because that work — making vision legible, building structures that unlock the talent already in the room — is what I've done my entire career, from both sides of the table. As an executive leading teams through growth and change. As a strategic partner brought in when organizations knew something wasn't working but couldn't quite see what.

I've spent twenty years watching brilliant people show up ready to do meaningful work — and get lost in the gap between leadership's vision and their ability to execute it. Confused about direction. Unclear on their role. Disengaged not because they stopped caring but because nobody made it plain enough to act on.
